Mr. Raymond Dennis Neoh

Mr. Neoh, the founder of Global Digital Creations Holdings Limited and a pioneer in the creative industries of China and Singapore, discussed his company's mission to empower individuals through free digital skills training programs in Hong Kong, which not only provide instruction but also pay students a stipend. The goal is to help people, particularly older workers, acquire the skills necessary for the digital economy. He also highlighted his company's free software tools that compete with Microsoft and Adobe, aiming to make digital tools accessible to everyone. Often referred to as the Father of the Chinese CG industry, he has founded several institutes for technology and media in collaboration with universities in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
